Letters From Yū: What makes a bathhouse?

· The Way

There’s been plenty happening at Yū over the past few weeks, both out in the world and behind the scenes.

♨️ The first Monthly Bath

The first Monthly Bath winner has been drawn and contacted by email. Each month, one member of the Yū community will receive a Japanese bathing treat to enjoy at home.

🎌 Yū Bathhouse x JAPANFest Buxton

Last weekend we took Yū Bathhouse to JAPANFest in Buxton.

It was a great day of conversations about onsen, sentō and bathing in Japan, and wonderful to meet so many people who share our enthusiasm.

A warm welcome to everyone who discovered Yū in Buxton and joined the Thousand Cranes Club. We’re very glad to have you here.

Our founding community has now grown to more than 250 people, a quarter of the way to 1,000 ✨ Thank you for being part of it.
